Approval received for Jurong Gateway Road development
On 25th June 2010 Lend Lease announced that it was the highest bidder for the Jurong Gateway Road development site in Singapore in a joint bid with its managed fund, the Asian Retail Investment Fund.
This bid was subject to final approval and notification by the vendor, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. Lend Lease today confirms that formal notification has been received.
